At West One, our surveyors will work with your Architects or building designers and
utilising drawings prepared we will serve the required notices on the adjoining owners.
This will typically involve a section 2 notice for works that affect the party wall,
such as cutting into, raising, lowering or re-building etc or a section 6 notice
for excavations on or near an adjoining owners building.
