subsidence claims

....and no fees to pay

Even though we are completely independent and work solely for you, our fees will form part of your claim, so would wont have to pay us a penny, unless of course you decide to have additional works undertaken at the same time.

Independent specialist surveyors

We will take care of your building repair

We will work with you throughout the entire claim.

We take away the stress of dealing with the repair of your property. We will sort out the initial ground investigations, monitoring of the movement and consultation with the civil / structural engineers that may be appointed to design any underpinning works.

You will benefit from our prompt, professional experienced surveyors that have dealt with numerous subsidence damage claims in the past.

At West One Surveyors, we specialise in the repair and reinstatement of buildings that have been affected by subsidence. Akin to subsidence, many buildings suffer from heave, the mechanism of which is opposite to that of subsidence, but the results can be very similar.

You will be in safe hands by appointing West One. Although we are completely independent, we will work with your Loss Assessor if you have appointed one and your insurers appointed Loss Adjuster to ensure your property is properly reinstated, many of whom we will already have a good working relationship with.

Truly independent - working for you

We work for you. We do not work for your insurer, nor the loss adjuster. The loss adjuster works for the insurer, not you, and many will try to get you to appoint their in house surveyor......these also work on behalf of the loss adjuster so are not truly independent. Simply tell the loss adjuster you have privately appointed your own surveyor. Some of our clients even do this before they have told us we have been appointed.
