West One were appointed to provide surveying services to reinstate eleven flats and common parts in this Georgian mansion building that has been sub divided into eleven flats. The fire started on the second floor, destroying the flat, but buy passed the flat above by rising through the service riser, taking off the roof and top flat. The extinguishment water saturated all flats down to basement level. Now fully reinstated, into the eleven high end flats it once was.
