West One were appointed to provide surveying services to reinstate this substantial 1930’s semi for an overseas client, following a fire as a result of illegal tenant activities. The fire started on the first floor, destroying the roof and elements of the structure at first floor level. Extinguishment water came down through the house causing extensive damage to the kitchen and fittings at ground floor level. Now fully reinstated, the property is once again a lovely substantial family home.
