West One were appointed to provide surveying services to reinstate this two storey commercial unit with a vehicle repair workshop on the ground floor and general commercial use on the first floor. The fire started on the first floor as a result of illegal tenant activities, burning a hole through the floor enabling the fire to spread throughout the ground floor. Now fully reinstated, the property is now a busy vehicle repair workshop once again.
